Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we start preparing your items.
Processing time: usually 24–48 hours (business days)
During busy periods (sales, holidays), processing may take a little longer, but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse/fulfilment partner.

Any changes to our shipping fees or promotions will always be clearly displayed at checkout and in our store banner.
Standard shipping: approx. 6–12 business days after your order has been processed.

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate parcels. You will receive tracking for each shipment.
If your order is time-sensitive (e.g. gift for a specific date), we recommend ordering as early as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive:
a shipping confirmation email, and
a tracking number (where available)
You can use this tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving the tracking number for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
For orders shipped within the European Union, prices at checkout are shown including VAT where applicable.
If any additional customs fees or import duties are required, we will inform you during checkout or by email wherever possible.
If you are unsure about potential customs charges for your country, please contact us before ordering.
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed delivery or non-delivery caused by:
incorrect or incomplete address details
missing doorbell names, apartment numbers, etc.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible via this contact form. If your order has not yet been processed, we will try to update the address. Once a parcel has been shipped, address changes are usually no longer possible.
If a parcel is returned to us because:
the address was incorrect or incomplete,
the parcel was not collected from a pickup point in time, or
delivery was refused without prior agreement,
we can:
reship the parcel (additional shipping costs may apply), or
refund the product price (original shipping costs may not be refundable, depending on the situation and applicable law).
We will always contact you to discuss the best solution.
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days after shipping, please:
Check the tracking link and any delivery notices.
Contact the carrier if a failed delivery attempt is shown.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us via this contact form with your order number.
We will open an investigation with the carrier.
If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
If your order arrives damaged:
Please take clear photos of:
the damaged item, and
the outer packaging (especially if visibly damaged)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via this contact form, including your order number and photos.
We will review your case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement, partial refund, or full refund).
