Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order from Trendien.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it easily.

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal (for EU/UK consumers), we offer a 30-day returns window for most items.


1. Return eligibility

You can return most fashion items within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged

  • All original tags and labels are still attached

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (where possible)

Please try on clothing carefully and avoid makeup, perfume or deodorant marks.

Note: For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, swimsuits, earrings) may be non-returnable unless faulty. If we sell these categories, we will clearly mark them as “non-returnable” on the product page.


2. Change of mind (no quality issue)

If you simply changed your mind or chose the wrong size/colour:

  • You can return the item within 30 days

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law

Once we receive and check the returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the product price using your original payment method.


3. Faulty or wrong items

If you received:

  • a faulty or damaged item, or

  • the wrong product/size compared to your order

please contact us via this contact form within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for photos or a short video to assess the issue.
If the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect, we will:

  • offer a replacement, exchange or refund, and

  • cover reasonable return shipping costs, where required.


4. How to start a return

  1. Contact us first

    Please include:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • The reason (wrong size, changed mind, damaged, etc.)

    • Photos if there is a quality issue

     

  2. Wait for our instructions
    Our support team will answer within 24 hours with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Send the parcel

    • Pack the item securely

    • Include a note with your name and order number

    • Use a trackable shipping method (we are not responsible for lost returns)

  4. Notify us
    After shipping, email us the tracking number so we can follow your return.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll confirm it by email.

  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If the returned item shows signs of use (stains, perfume, damage, no tags), we may offer a partial refund or reject the return, according to our assessment and applicable law.


6. Order changes & cancellations

We process orders quickly to avoid delays.

  • If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing it.

  • If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

  • If your order has already been shipped, a cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can:

    • refuse the parcel upon delivery, or

    • accept it and then start a normal return under our policy.

We do not charge extra cancellation fees.
However, original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable (except where required by law).


7. Your legal rights (EU/UK customers)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

If you are an EU or UK consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, during which you can cancel without giving any reason. Our 30-day return window is an additional voluntary guarantee on top of your legal rights.
