All prices on our website are shown in your local currency.
The amount charged to you will be the order total shown at checkout.
If your bank account or card is in a different currency, your bank or card provider may apply their own exchange rate and fees.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which meet strict international security standards (PCI DSS).
We never see or store your full card number.
If you notice any suspicious activity on your card or PayPal account after a purchase, please contact your bank/PayPal immediately and inform us as well.
If your payment is declined:
Check that all card details (number, expiry date, CVC) are correct.
Ensure that there are sufficient funds or credit available.
Try another payment method (for example, PayPal or a different card).
If the problem continues, please contact your bank or PayPal. You can also reach out to us via this contact form and we’ll do our best to assist.
For approved returns and cancellations, refunds are always issued to the same payment method you used for the original order (card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Once processed by us, refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
