We can usually change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it may already be in processing. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If your order is not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, changes are usually no longer possible.
We currently ship to Germany, France, United Kindom, United States and Canada. At checkout you’ll always see the available shipping destinations.
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Standard delivery usually takes around 6–12 business days after your order has been processed. During busy periods or due to carrier delays, it can take a little longer.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your parcel online. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear.
Sometimes carriers don’t scan parcels at every step. As long as the delivery window (up to around 14 business days) hasn’t passed, this is usually normal. If it’s stuck for too long, contact us and we’ll check with the carrier.
You can return most unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping. Faulty or incorrect items are handled by us.
Contact us via customer suppor page with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason. We’ll send you return instructions and the correct return address.
For faulty or wrong items, we will take care of it according to our policy.For change-of-mind returns (wrong size, don’t like the style), the customer pays the return shipping.
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may need a few extra days to show the amount on your account.
Each product page includes a size chart and/or measurements. We recommend comparing the measurements with a similar item you already own for the best fit.
Most items fit true to size, but some styles (like oversized sweaters or relaxed trousers) are designed with a looser fit. Please always check the fit notes and measurements on the product page.
Some popular styles may be restocked, others are limited. If a product allows it, you can sign up for a back in stock notification on the product page or follow us on social media for updates.
We do our best to show accurate colours, but small differences can occur due to lighting and screen settings. If you’re unhappy with the colour, you can return the item according to our returns policy.
